Brandi passante became famous after she appeared in A&E's 'Storage wars' reality series that featured Jarrod Schulz. Both of them gained the attention of the public through this show. In the show, the items stored in storage lockers which the rent has not been paid for a period of three months is put on auction. Brandi and Jarrod of the Now and Then Thrift Store located in Orange California participated in the show in hopes of acquiring affordable storage units. They had no idea they would turn them into reality stars. Over the course the show their couple became a star. After appearing on the TV reality show, they were able to increase the size of their store. Their appearance in 'Storage Wars' also inspired a spin-off program "Brandi & Jerrod: Married to the Job' exclusively focused on the couple.
